Each of Mike Fitzsimmons sculptures is hand-crafted at his studio in
Rochester, New York. Sculptures may be purchased or commissioned directly from the artist.
Available sculptures
Like real trees, all of my tree art is one of a kind. The photos on this web site show basic configurations, but the piece that you purchase will be unique. When ordering, you may request to have photos emailed to you before shipping to verify that the unit is as requested. All pieces are custom crafted by hand and require 2-4 lead weeks to ship. We do not make artwork en mass. You are free to send photos or illustrations of real trees to show the artist the basic shape requested. For example, you can send a picture or sketch of a tree located on your property for the sculptor to match. All of my sculptures are made out of steel unless otherwise noted. Requests for materials such as stainless steel, copper, brass or other metals are welcome. The base price for any custom material will be higher than that for standard steel.
Commissioned sculptures
Sculptures noted as "Commissioned by artist" are custom-made by the artist at the time of purchase. Once your payment or deposit is received, the commission will take about six weeks to complete and ship.
Payment terms
To purchase or commission a sculpture, you may choose to pay the full balance at the time of your order, or you may pay a deposit to secure your order. The deposit is calculated at one-half the purchase price, plus the shipping and handling fee. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the sculpture.

Credit card payments are accepted online using the PayPal.com electronic funds transfer service. To make payment, you must register online with the PayPal service and pay a 3% credit card fee. Payments are accepted via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

Shipping & handling
A shipping and handling fee is added to your order according to the
weight and dimensions of the sculpture.
Shipping service
The fee includes shipping, handling, and insurance via FedEx or
UPS within the contiguous United States. Delivery takes 2 - 4 days for most destinations within the United States.
International shipping
For shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, or outside the United States, please contact the artist for a quote before making payment.
Expedited shipping
For expedited shipping options such as overnight or 2-day priority service, please contact the artist.
